BERDAYA: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is a scientific multidisciplinary journal published by Lembaga Pengembangan Manajemen dan Publikasi Imperium (Imperium Research Institute). The aim of this journal publication is to disseminate the conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the area of community services. BERDAYA contains various activities of the teaching staff in Indonesia in handling and managing the various potentials, obstacles, challenges, and problems that exist in society. Implementation of service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society. Focus and Scope BERDAYA, particularly focuses on the main problems in the development of the sciences of community services areas as follows: Community Services, People, Local Food Security; Training, Marketing, Appropriate Technology, Design; Community Empowerment, Social Access; Student Community Services;Border Region, Less Developed Region; Education for Sustainable Development.

Abstract

This community service activity is themed “Information about the Capital Market to North Kembangan residents in West Jakarta". The activity is carried out by providing an explanation of the meaning, role, and benefits of the Capital Market in the economy. The history, structure, and institutions related to the Capital Market were explained. The explanation also concerns the basic understanding of trading mechanisms in the Capital Market. The explanation was given by counseling followed by a discussion session, questions and answers from the participants. The results of this activity provide increased knowledge of citizens about the Capital Market, as measured by a questionnaire distributed before and after the activity that contains questions about the Capital Market. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire answers in the form of a comparison of the questionnaire showed a change in public knowledge about capital market investment. Abstract

The Community Service (PKM) will be one of the bases for continuing to maintain or improve strategies that have been carried out in the community. Also, the PKM is part of one of the ways Kalbis Institute, in particular, the Management Study Program to develop entrepreneurial skills among farmers and management of community business actors. With this training, the benefits gained include: Sendang hamlet residents are motivated to increase their role in the family, especially members of the Tirta Asri Circle of Friends. The residents of Sendang hamlet can explore their interests and abilities for entrepreneurship in creative products, especially members of the Tirta Asri Circle of Friends. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve knowledge and skills in making simple bookkeeping and calculation of profit/loss as a basis for calculating taxes on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Meruya Jakarta. This activity has a very mutual relationship with the MSME's communities. The method used in this activity is the scheduled training method. The results of training conducted to MSME actors have implications: (1). It is recommended that every MSME performer keep his or her bookkeeping business properly and correctly as a basis for calculating taxes; (2). Local governments, through the Office of Cooperatives and MSME (Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM), can contribute to providing guidance and training for MSMEs actors, because the results of the business they get contribute to the Regional Budget. Abstract

This community service program aims to develop a group of people who have economic independence. While the specific target to be achieved is to increase the role of the PKK in the welfare of the family and surrounding community, as well as the PKK group team. RT. 26 know the importance of managing family finances one way to teach children to save from an early age. Activities for partners are to provide workshops and interactive discussions on the topic Managing Family Finances; Teaching Children to Save. Implementation of activities runs within 2 (two) months of observation, making proposals, preparing materials, implementing activities to making final reports. The benefit obtained from this activity is to motivate children to save needs to be done from an early age, in addition to being useful for children it is also useful to help the family's financial foundation. Making family financial planning is needed by every household. Housewives can make plans by discussing with spouses and family members to achieve the expected goals. Abstract

This community service program (PKM) is set up to increase the aesthetic value in the fishing village area of Muara Angke as a means of promoting domestic tourism. Partners in this activity are educational institutions Coastal Children Smart Home (RPAP) located in the Muara Angke region, North Jakarta. The implementation method used in the framework of PKM is the practice of painting foundation houses and discussing the development of domestic tourism potential. Abstract

This community service program (PKM) is set up to improve the business development of the Kedai Kopi Abang UKM Pulo Gadung District with the Business Model Canvas method. PKM partners are men and women with an age range of 20-30 years. They are the owners and employees of small and medium business units under the name Kedai Kopi Abang. The implementation method used in this PKM activity is training on the topic of the business model canvas as a strategy for creating product differentiation to develop businesses.
